Having been CFNWA's General Manager for over 20 years, Mike was one of the pioneering groups who established some of the first Community Futures in BC.
Before joining CFNWA, Mike was a small business owner himself, involved in various not-for-profit organizations.
He lives in Northwest Alberta in High Level AB and loves fly fishing.
Andrew O’Rourke

Andrew holds a degree in Property Valuation and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland, and a certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo.
He started his career in hotel real estate in Dublin, Ireland. He moved to Northwest Alberta in 2013 after volunteering in the area of orphanage construction in Lesotho, Africa, for five years. He later worked in the Municipal Government in the role of economic development officer for six years before joining Community Futures in 2020.
Aside from his role at CFNWA, Andrew also manages the local economic development alliance for REDI (Regional Economic Development Initiative).
He enjoys assisting small business startups and finding the right resources for entrepreneurs.
He is also very passionate about Economic Development and is always looking ahead to what the local economy will look like 10 years from now.
Andrew loves nature and spending time outdoors. In his free time, he likes to go fishing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, engaging in motorsports, and drone-flying. He also enjoys videography and photography.

Arlene joined CFNWA in May of 2003. She has 15 years of experience as a Finance Officer and as a Bookkeeper for various organizations.
Arlene also owns and operates a local retail business in High Level.
She was born and raised in the region and enjoys travelling, crafts, and gardening in her free time.
